National Tree Day 2024

A huge thank you to all of you who made National Tree Day 2024 beside the Moorabool River at Batesford such a successful day.

The event, organised by Batesford, Fyansford, Stonehaven (BFS) Landcare, Dale Smithyman and the Shire of Golden Plains, and supported by the Batesford Community Group, went off without a hitch.

Around 100 folk attended, planting the 1,100 shrubs, understorey and grass plants in super quick time.
